Baltimore Police on the scene of barricade situation in West Baltimore

Baltimore Police are currently on the scene of a barricade situation in the 1700 block of Harlem Avenue. Several streets in the area are closed and residents are asked to stay indoors. SWAT is on the scene as well.This story will be updated when more information is available.
