The new center, named the Ratcliffe Applied Technology and Trades Center, is made possible by The Philip E. & Carole R. Ratcliffe Foundation, the grant benefactor.

Described as a pivotal moment for both the college and the larger community, the state-of-the-art facility will provide training programs in various fields including welding, auto technology, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, animal grooming, and entrepreneurship. In addition to training, the center aims to foster innovation and collaboration among the college, industry partners, and the community.
